Salon Policy

Salon Island Beauty is by appointment only, because we reserve time especially for you.

■ We sincerely ask for 48 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee for lashes and $100 cancellation fee for permanent makeup.

■ No show will be billed for the 100% of the scheduled service. 

NO EXCEPTIONS

■ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, we may ask to reschedule, because it might affect the next customer’s schedule.

■ Before you come to Salon Island Beauty, please remove your all eye makeup to make your lashes last longer.

■ We will ask you to remove your eye makeup if you are not able to remove it beforehand.

DEPOSIT REQUIRE FOR PMU

■ We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your permanent makeup appointment and new volume lash set appointment.
